• Payment information: billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card numbers
• Booking data: customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, driver's license information, and booking details entered through your storefront
• Communications: messages you send to our support team

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks, and navigation patterns
• Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies for authentication, preference cookies, and analytics cookies

Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Service:

• Anthropic (AI content generation features)

Tenant–customer relationship: When a customer books through a tenant's storefront, their booking information is accessible to that tenant to manage the rental. Tenants are responsible for handling customer data in compliance with applicable laws.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@rentelie.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Booking records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.
